Integrated Flow Solutions / DXP Hot Oil and Heat Transfer Systems are engineered to store, circulate, and control heat transfer fluids for industrial process heating applications. The skid functions as a complete hot oil heat transfer system, circulating thermal oil through a controlled heating package to deliver stable process temperatures.
The heat transfer fluid is normally stored in an elevated insulated vessel skid mounted. Special high temperature centrifugal hot oil pumps are used to circulate the heat media fluid from the storage tank through an electric process heater, gas fired thermal oil heater, industrial hot oil heater, or exhaust heat exchanger skid. The heat transfer fluid’s elevated temperature is then used to safely heat a process system and is then returned to the storage vessel.
