Ammonia Vaporizers & SCR Injection Systems

Modular, Engineered-to-Order, Shipped Ready to Plug In

Integrated Flow Solutions provides engineered ammonia vaporizer systems designed as complete ammonia handling, vaporization, and injection solutions for SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) applications. These ammonia vaporizer systems deliver consistent ammonia gas (anhydrous or aqueous) to support reliable NOx removal and emissions compliance.

Ammonia is delivered by truck or railcar and unloaded into storage tanks before being transferred through an integrated ammonia vaporizer skid. The ammonia vaporizer system then converts liquid ammonia into a controlled gas stream via the Ammonia Flow Control Unit (AFCU) for precise injection upstream of the SCR.

Each ammonia vaporizer system is engineered to minimize field assembly, improve operational reliability, and ensure safe handling of hazardous ammonia across the entire process, from unloading and storage to vaporization and injection.

Complete Ammonia Vaporizer System Overview

IFS ammonia vaporizer systems are designed as application-specific engineered systems that integrate all required process functions into a single modular solution:

  • Ammonia unloading systems (truck or rail)
  • Storage (pressurized or atmospheric depending on ammonia type)
  • Transfer and forwarding pumps
  • Ammonia vaporizer skid (electric, steam, or process gas heated)
  • Ammonia Flow Control Unit (AFCU) for precise injection control
  • Integrated instrumentation, controls, and safety systems

This system-level design ensures consistent ammonia gas delivery, reduced downtime, and simplified installation for SCR and emissions control applications.

Designed for SCR & Emissions Control Applications

IFS ammonia vaporizer system design supports a wide range of industrial applications where precise ammonia dosing and system reliability are critical:

  • SCR systems for NOx reduction
  • Power generation facilities
  • Industrial process plants

Each ammonia vaporizer system is engineered for performance, safety, and compliance in hazardous ammonia environments, helping reduce operational risk while maintaining consistent process conditions.
